We have a variety of sizes to choose from. And different type of layouts options makes it so this T-Shirt quilt is customized to your wants! 

 T-Shirt Quilts are great as gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, Christmas and so much more. It will be the most used quilt in your house or to those you gift it to. This is a gift that will be cherished for a life-time and is filled with memories and love.

• Every t-shirt is stabilized with fusible woven interfacing. What does that mean for you?
• Stabilization - This helps the knit fabric to be stable but still lightweight.
• Prevents fabric distortion - You could sew baby clothes together without interfacing. However, after a couple of washes, it will start to stretch, and you'll have a saggy looking quilt. Adding stabilizer will add many more years to the life of those well-loved shirts. 
• Ease of sewing - Have you tried to sew knit squares together and not have wonky looking squares? Interfacing helps keep it all nice and stable for a better sewing experience.

• We make all of our t-shirt quilts with batting. We use high quality Winline 80/20 batting that we have loved in many types quilts and find it adds the same effect to t-shirt quilts. 

• After getting the t-shirt top finished, you don't want the backing to be a disappointment. Minky is one our favorite backings to use on t-shirt quilts because who doesn't love that cuddle soft feel. We can do other backing options as well like flannel or cotton.

• Why we quilt them. There are many t-shirt quilts out there that are tied or not quilted at all. It might seem like a good option because you are worried about it covering all the shirts' details. However, quilting them will help hold the test of time! You want to be able to use them, cuddle up in them and be able to wash them without worries. When it is quilted it does all that AND leaves an all-over design that won't take away but add even more depth to your quilt. 

• We machine bind all of our t-shirt quilts in quilter's cotton or minky fabric - this not only covers the raw edges but is makes it durable through use and laundering. 

 Lead Time

Turn-around time is approximately 4-6 weeks. Time may vary depending on how many quilts we currently have taken in.

Quilt Sizes & Pricing

 

 

Deposit

• A $100 down payment is required per t-shirt quilt. Click the link to pay your deposit.
• You may also pay with cash or check payable to Kimberly Solomon enclosed with the t-shirts.

 Preparing your T-Shirts

• Please wash all shirts and make sure that they are lint/fur free before drop-off/shipping. 
• We prepare and make your t-shirt quilts in a pet-free and smoke free environment.
•  Since we are typically not making standard/same size blocks, we need more t-shirts depending on the size of the t-shirts graphics. However, sometimes we do not use every t-shirt. In this case, we ask that you have a list of which t-shirts are top priority. You can do this by pinning a note on your shirt OR by writing a note describing which shirts are top priority. 
• We ask that you fold your shirts to face which side you want us to use. If you would like us to use both sides, leave a pinned note or a written note. 
• If you would prefer a Zoom call to go over the shirts, please leave a note with your shirts or in your mail-in order. We will then set up a time to go over the shirts with you. 
• If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to email or call us!
• If you would like to involved in the quilt, we will contact you through the process and go over t-shirt layout, quilt pantograph, thread color, etc. * Please note this on the bottom of the form "Comment and Special Instructions."

Mail-In 

• Fill out our T-Shirt Quilt Form.
• Browse your pantograph (quilt design) here. 
• Browse thread colors here. We use Isacord 40wt (This will take you to OESD website to look at thread color, anything I do not have in stock I am able to order).
• We will send you info for shipping your t-shirts, AFTER the form is filled out and $100.00 deposit is received or noted that it will be in cash or check.
• Please make sure to put your t-shirts in a waterproof bag and in a box, so to keep it safe from the weather.
• Please note, customer is responsible for shipping cost to Autumn Blush Boutique.
• We will contact you when we receive your t-shirts.
• When t-shirt quilt is completed, we will call and email you the final price. 
• Once paid in full, we will then ship your finished t-shirt quilt back to you!

Local Drop-Off 

Are you local to the Idaho Falls, Idaho area? If so, you can choose to drop-off your t-shirts instead of mail-in. 

• Fill out our T-shirt Quilt Form or in person.
• Browse your pantograph (quilt design) here. 
• Browse thread colors here. We use Isacord 40wt (This will take you to OESD website to look at thread color, anything I do not have in stock I am able to order).
• As this is a home business, we ask that you schedule a time with us to drop-off your t-shirts. 
• At drop-off we will go over t-shirt layout, quilt pattern, thread color, and any other questions or concerns you have. 
• $100 Deposit is required to be paid at drop-off.
• When t-shirt quilt is completed, we will call and email you the final price, and schedule a time for local pickup. 
• Quilt(s) must be paid at the time of pickup.
